Pure beeswax taper candles from the ethically harvested bee hives of Huckleberry Hives in Gadshill, Ontario. Tapers are 11.6” x 0.78” 1", come in pairs and burn for approximately 12-14 hours.

TIP: To get the most out of your taper candles, burn in a draft-free environment. Air movements from fans, furnace vents, etc. can cause excess dripping. These tapers have been burn tested several times and confirmed drip-free in mildly drafty conditions, such as room with a woodstove fan (do not place the candle directly in front of the fan, of course!).

Beeswax is a natural air purifier and has many health benefits, making it the best choice for candles in the home. In addition to this, beeswax is the hardest natural wax, which results in burning times that are 2 or 3 times longer than other candle waxes and therefore much better bang for buck!

Huckleberry Hives hand-pours each of their candles with beeswax from their own hives or, when needed, sources local beeswax from several neighbouring apiaries. All of their candles are 100% natural beeswax, test-burned to ensure the correct wick size. All dyed wax candles are made with natural EVO dyes that are vegetable oil based and Prop 50 + REACH Compliant.
